Merina Ranjit     Chief Operating Officer
Masters of Science in Environmental Management from National University of Singapore, Ms. Ranjit works as a Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation. She is responsible for organisational planning and strategy, developing and managing social development project and CSR projects for various corporate wings of the group. Her area of interest lies in managing team to execute various projects defining scope, budget and schedule for operation of the project. She posses wide scope of knowledge in management has rich expertise in social development particularly in the field of entrepreneurship development, women empowerment, environmental management etc. It is under her leadership Chaudhary Foundation has been able achieve the growth and recognition both nationally and internationally.

Niraj Thapa     Deputy General Manager
He is a MBA graduate who has also done his Master of International Business from University of Wollongong, Australia. Mr. Thapa posses more than 10 years of experience in working in a senior managerial level which brings his rich expertise in organizational management ensuring the smooth running of the Foundation. He works as an operational head and is responsible for administration, finance also HR related activities.

Pankaj Pradhan     Manager (Finance & Compliance)
(Professional and academic background) His key role is providing financial advice and undertaking related accounts administration, planning and decision making processes to ensure that the organization is financially successful. He also is responsible for collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements of the Foundation.

Amir Raj Thapa     Manager
(Professional and academic background) Working as a communication and fund raising manager Mr. Thapa is responsible for the entire PR related activities of the foundation. His vivid communication and social mobilization skills has always been supportive for the smooth running of the projects. His key role is to increase awareness among the people and representing the organization to Government, Donors, Stakeholders, and the Public. He serves as the spokesperson of the Foundation.

Swati Thapa     Deputy Manager
Ms. Swati Thapa is currently holding the position of Deputy Manager in Chaudhary Foundation. She is responsible to take the lead of livelihood, skill development, Womens Health and Anti Human Trafficking projects and programs. About her educational background, she has completed her MSc in Urban Management and Development with specialization in Environmental Management and Climate Change from Erasmus University, The Netherlands and M.A in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She has got various national and international experiences working with various governmental, semi-governmental and non-governmental organizations. Previously, she had also represented Nepal as a youth leader in 6th World Youth Congress at Rio de Janerio, Brazil in the sustainability theme of Rio+20 Summit.

Prasanna Ratna Bajracharya     Assistant Manager
Graduate in Development Studies from University of Sussex, Mr. Bajracharya has more than six years of experience working in INGO and NGOs. He looks after Nepal Social Business, a social entrepreneurship development program in collaboration with Yunus Center and Lions Club International Foundation. Major roles being incubation of the business and also responsible for the operation as well as monitoring and evaluation of the projects.

Dev Kumar Yadav     Assistant Manager (Finance)
Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Account of India, Mr. Yadav has an experience of working in audit firm for more than 6 years. He has been working as an Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance and is responsible for financial monitoring, auditing, and financial control within the foundation as well as CG corporate finance department.

Rabindra Timsena     Assistant Manager
Masters in Population gender and development from Pokhara University, Mr. Timsena possess more than six years of experience in journalism. He has been involved in NSB and as per the objective of NSB he is responsible for creating awareness, incubation and funding in order to promote social business in Nepal.

Ashesh Baral     Executive
Masters in Business Studies (MBS) graduate from Tribhuwan University, Mr. Baral looks after general administration. He posses six plus years of experience working in private and government sector in administration and finance department. He is responsible for all the admin and logistics management within the foundation.

Rupak Bidari     Executive
Student of Masters in Business Studies Mr. Bidari works as an Executive- Accounts and Finance department. He is responsible for smooth financial operation, maintain the accounts, keep records of financial transaction, monitor organizational payroll, financial monitoring of the projects and handle all account related queries within the foundation.
