Doing Good Index (DGI) 2022

We partnered with the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS) on the Doing Good Index 2022, the most comprehensive social impact index in Asia to date. The report highlights the factors that enable or hinder private investment for social good in 17 economies across Asia, including Nepal’s economy. It provides evidence-based findings on how the public, private and social sectors can better work together to address our common problems and contribute to continued economic and social vitality.

The Doing Good Index comes at a critical time with economies across the region heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022, CAPS surveyed 2,239 social delivery organizations and interviewed 126 experts, mapping the impacts of regulations, tax and fiscal policy, ecosystem, and procurement.
